Tips: Contact eBay For Help !
The easiest way to contact eBay is through their Web Form support system.
Start at the Contact Customer Support page, located at http://pages.ebay.com/help/contact_us/_base/index.html
Select a topic, sub-topic, and specific issue, and then click Continue. The following "instant help" page includes links that answer the most common questions.
To continue through to contact eBay, click the continue button to display the Submit Email Form. Enter your email address and message, then click the Submit button.
