Tips:- What Is a Second Chance Offer ?
If the winning bidder on your item backs out or if you have duplicate items, you can make a Second Chance Offer to another bidder.
It's free; you only have to pay the Final Value Fee if the item sells, and you can easily send it from My eBay.
Under Items I've sold, click Action and then select Send A Second Chance Offer.
