Tips : Hot Trigger Words
There are certain words that make your reader feel more inclined to buy. They are words that subconsciously work on your potential customer as he reads your sales copy. This concept has now become famous with Joe Vitale and Mark Joyner’s hypnotic marketing concepts. It is simply the art of getting inside your potential customer’s mind and pressing his "hot buttons."
Firstly you will need to analyze your potential customer and see which are his "hot buttons."
Although there are over 200 common words used for this purpose these are the 12 most effective:
* You-make it personal and useful to your reader. Let them see what it can do for them by using the word you .
* Discovery-will always produce a thrill of excitement and curiosity. "Amazing discovery…" "We have discovered a way that you…"
* Safety-by its very nature a nice word, as people do not want to take risks especially where money is concerned. "100% tested…"
* Money-we are all interested in this. "Make more money…" "Save money…"
* Proven-"Proven results…"
* Love-"You will love this product because…."
* Guarantee- you take responsibility for your product "It’s risk free…" "You don’t have to risk one red cent, because I am taking ALL the risks for you…"
* Save-save money, time, effort, these are all things every one of us wants to do.
* New-always makes us curious and your reader is no exception.
* Easy-of course your reader is looking for an easy solution to their problems.
* Health-one of the largest niches on the Internet and growing. People are becoming more and more health conscious.
Emotions:
Producing a good feeling: certain words will produce good feelings and when people are in a good mood it can lead to a buying mood.
Excitement: Other words will excite and make your customer feel thrilled about your product or service.
Curiosity: There are some words that will produce the feeling of curiosity.
Think of all the emotions or buttons you should be pressing with your sales page and use the above words liberally in your sales copy.
