eBay Listing Feedback Requirement On US Site vs SG Site:-

To list items on eBay US or SG Sites, there are some requirement of feedback scores need to be met

Single Item Auction (With BIN or Reserve Price ) :

US site –

Single Item Auction do not need any Feedback Score.

To sell with Buy It Now, you must have either a minimum feedback rating of 10 or be ID verified. Or if you have a PayPal account, you need to have a minimum feedback score of 5 and accept PayPal as a payment method. Reserve price does not need any requirements.

SG site : –
Single Item Auction do not need any Feedback Score.

To sell with Buy It Now, you must have a feedback score of 5. Reserve price doesn't need any requirements.

Multiple Item Auction (Dutch Auction) with no BIN & Reserve price) :

US site:
Be ID Verified. Or have a feedback rating of 30 or above and be registered on eBay for 14 days or more. Or if you have a PayPal account, and accept PayPal as a payment method on the listing, your feedback rating only needs to be 15.

SG site:-
Multiple Item Auction (Dutch Auction) not available in Singapore.

Fixed Price (Single Item) :-

US site :–
To create a Fixed Price listing with a quantity of one, you must have a feedback rating of 10 or more (or be ID Verified). If you have a PayPal account and accept PayPal as a payment method on the listing, your feedback rating only needs to be 5 or more.

SG site: –
To create a Fixed Price listing with a quantity of one, you must have a feedback rating of 0 or more.

Fixed Price (Multiple Items ) :-

US site :–
To create a Fixed Price listing with a quantity of two or more, you must have a feedback rating of 30 or more and be a registered user for at least 14 days (or be ID Verified). If you have a PayPal account and accept PayPal as a payment method on the listing, your feedback rating only needs to be 15 or more.

SG site : -
To create a Fixed Price listing with a quantity of two or more, you must have a feedback rating of 5 or more and be a registered user for at least 10 days.

Open an eBay Store :-

US site :-
Have an eBay seller's account, with your credit card placed on file & Have a Feedback score of at least 20, or be ID Verified or have a PayPal account.

SG site:-
Have an eBay seller’s account, with your credit card placed on file, have a Paypal and Feedback score of at least 10

Please take note that Feedback scores you need to fulfill if you wish to list items Internationally. Pay more attention on this topics, and also remember that if you want to build up your feedback scores, do not buy twice from same buyer, as you will only receive one score from same buyer. If more than one score from same buyer, eBay will only be added it to your "Feedback Received " but not shown at your feedback score. Under such circumstances, initially you need to have at least with a minimum of five feedback scores in order to list at Fixed Price (Single auction) format Globally.

Yet you can start off list items at SG site under Fixed Price (Single auction) format in Sg Dls with zero feedback right away., but your market is limited only to Singapore buyers as your listing will not be appeared Globally.
