"Best Offer" enables sellers to entertain offers to buy immediately from bidders, and to accept or reject them at will.

Use When
You want to sell an item badly enough that you're willing to be flexible about the price you're asking.
DON'T Use When
You're not willing to entertain or don't want to hear low-ball offers from potential bidders and buyers.
Restrictions
Item listing must be fixed-price or offer a Buy It Now price before you can accept offers via Best Offer.
